Who are Merchn?
Ramp was founded by Milen, Dafydd and Neil. We eat, breathe and sleep t-shirts. We’re based in two offices in Europe, and print our t-shirts in several locations in the USA, as well as two locations in Europe. We built Ramp on the principle that when it’s time to order t-shirts, it should be quick and easy. Having helped hundreds of thousands of customers with our print-on-demand businesses Dizzyjam, CottonCart, we decided it was time to offer that same level of ease and customer service for customers who want to order in bulk.
How does it work?
Simply select how many t-shirts or hoodies you want, then you can personalise them by uploading your design.
How do you print the garments?
We use plastisol-based screen printing. That’s a tried and tested method that gives the best results every time for your t-shirts. We can also supply environmentally friendly water based inks, or discharge printing, on request. Each colour in your design represents a ‘screen’ - that’s why we ask you for this.
What t-shirts do you use?
We're huge fans of customised t-shirts. It's pretty much all we wear. We've become experts over the years, and we've chosen three great options for you that suit almost every taste and budget:
Budget
Need something cheap, but still looks good and lasts? Then these standard cut Fruit of the Loom t-shirts are what you need
Standard
Softstyle by Gildan. These have been staple shirts for us for a long time - soft, durable, and a great fit.
Premium
American Apparel 50/50. These are fantastic, soft, well-fitting shirts that are beloved by everyone who owns one.
When will I receive my order?

Where will my order come from?
We’ll choose the print facility closest to you so you get your t-shirts delivered fast and with no customs duty to pay (if you are in the EU or N America).
What’s your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 15 t-shirts or hoodies. If you want fewer, ask us and we’ll do our best to help.
I’ve got questions about artwork
We’re happy to help with artwork. We can remove backgrounds, convert files and advise you on the number of colours.
You can upload artwork in these formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF.
If your artwork is in Illustrator, Photoshop, EPS or PDF format, and you prefer us to print from these files, just send them to us after you place your order. If this happens we’ll always send a new proof before printing.
How do you predict the size range for my order?
We sell tens of thousands of t-shirts, direct to customers across the world, through a variety of sites. This data gives us unique access to the differing size distributions in each country. We use this data to make suggestions to you that will help prevent wastage, and minimise cost and lost sales. You can read more about this here.
What hoodies do you use?
Our standard hoodies are great quality, and fit any budget. These great hoodies are ideal for almost anything. They are made from soft poly-cotton thread, have a kangaroo pouch pocket, and double lined hood and self-coloured cords. Casual, well-fitting, and warm! But if you want a different style, just get in touch.
I want something else

What about taxes and invoices?
If you are in the USA - the price you see is the price you pay, with no further taxes to add.
If you are in the UK - the price you see includes UK VAT at 20%, and we will send you a receipt for your records if you need one.
If you are in the EU - business customers who have a valid EU VAT number can apply for a VAT refund after purchase.
Full tax invoices are available for your records.
